Reporting Overview

FieldGroove has over 50 reports to help you manage your business. A list of reports and a brief description is below.

Accounting Reports:

  • Profitability By Customer: Shows customer invoiced amount and profit over a given period
  • Profitability By Salesperson: Shows the profitability by salesman

Invoiced Metrics:

  • Accrual Sales: Shows all Work Orders Invoiced sortable by Date Range, Location, and Salesperson
  • AR Aging Report: Shows the open invoices by age for a given location and salesperson
  • Cash Sales: Shows Paid invoices sortable by Date Range, Location, and Salesperson
  • House Account Sales Report: Shows House Account Work Orders Invoiced sortable by Date Range, Location, and Salesperson

Needing Invoiced:

  • Work Orders Marked Complete: Shows work orders completed (but not closed) over given period
  • Work Orders Needing Invoiced: Shows work orders that need invoices generated

Payments and Taxes:

  • Payments Received: Shows payments received over a given period
  • City Use Tax Report: Shows the material amount for jobs over given invoice period grouped by city and state
  • County Use Tax Report: Shows the material amount for jobs over given invoice period grouped by county and state

 

Inventory Reports:

  • Inventory Total Value - Book Price: Shows the total value of your inventory by location by taking the quantity on hand (stock) and multiplying by the book price
  • Inventory Total Value by Average Unit Cost: Shows the total value of your inventory by location taking the quantity on hand (stock) and multiplying by the average unit costs. Note that to be accurate, all inventory purchases must be done via the Purchase Order feature in the inventory system.
  • Material Usage: Displays the actual material used from inventory for the specified location over the given period of time

Lead Reports:

  • Converted Leads By Date Range: Shows converted leads by date range
  • Converted Leads By Salesrep: Shows converted leads broken down by salesrep over a given period

 

Company Metrics:

  • Daily Metrics For Location: Shows the daily pipeline, backlog, and amounts needing invoiced by location over a given period
  • Daily Metrics Trend: Shows the monthly average pipeline, backlog, and amounts needing invoiced for a period of time
  • Profitability by Work Order Type: View Work Order details broken down by total material, labor and profitability.
  • Revenue By Opportunity Type: Shows the top breakdown of revenue by project type
  • Revenue By Product: Shows the top 50 products and the revenue over a given period, location, and salesman
  • Projects Without Salesperson: Shows projects that do not have a salesman assigned



Operations:

  • Jobs Needing Work Orders: Shows the active jobs that need a work order created for one or more line items by salesman / location
  • Work Orders Not Marked Complete: Shows Work Orders that are not marked complete after scheduled Event Duration has passed

Jobs:

  • Completed Jobs By Location / Salesperson: Shows jobs completed over the given period of time for a location
  • Projected Jobs By Location / Salesperson: Shows projected events over given period by location
  • Scheduled Job Status By Location / Salesperson: Shows jobs by location for the given period of time
  • Scheduled Jobs By Status: Shows jobs by status that scheduled in the given period of time
  • Today's Jobs: Shows the jobs that are scheduled for today and the total amount for the work order
  • WIP Report: Shows the jobs that have both completed work orders and incomplete work orders for the given location / salesperson

Quotes:

  • Estimate Types: Shows estimate types and counts quoted between the given period

Sales:

  • Monthly Sales By Salesperson (accrual): Shows sales for sales person by month
  • Monthly Sales By Salesperson (cash): Shows payments for salesperson by month
  • Projects Marked Closed with No Work Orders: Shows projects that should have been marked as lost
  • Sales By Customer: Shows the total invoiced amount for customers by location and salesperson over given period

Backlog:

  • Backlog Total Value By Salesperson: Shows dollar value of backlog by salesperson
  • Project Backlog By Salesperson / Location 
  • Shows projects that have work yet to be performed

Commissions:

  • Commission Report - Accrual Basis:Displays the invoices for a given period and the commission rate
  • Commission Report - Cash Basis: Displays the paid invoices for a given period and the commission rate

Contacts:

  • Contacts For Completed Jobs: Shows the contact and customer information for jobs invoiced over given period of time

Estimating:

  • Estimate Counts By Project: Shows estimates created between given period of time
  • Estimate Counts By Salesperson: Shows estimate counts by salesperson

Misc:

  • Opportunity Win / Loss Ratio By Location: Shows the wins, losses, and pending opportunities for each location
  • Opportunity Win / Loss Ratio By Salesperson: Shows the wins, losses, and pending opportunities

Opportunities:

  • Lost Opportunities: View lost opportunities along with the reason for the loss.
  • Opportunities By Location / Salesperson: Shows opportunities for the specified assignee

Overview:

  • Modified Salesperson Overview Report: Displays the salesperson opportunity conversion rates
  • Salespersons Overview Report: Displays the bid totals by salesrep for the given period when a project was started

Pipeline:

  • Estimates In Pipeline: Shows all estimates in the pipeline by salesperson and / or location
  • Multiple Default Estimates: Shows projects that have multiple default estimates
  • Pipeline By Salesperson: Shows a breakdown of the pipeline per salesperson

Payroll:

  • Employee Labor Report: Hourly Labor Reports By Employee
